Simply select designer fragrances from our online store and click to add them to your shopping bag. You may revise the contents and quantities of your shopping bag until you submit the order.
Fragrance Fair accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping within the states of Illinois and New York.

Shipping Information
All designer fragrance orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx or other economical shipping service available. Depending on your U.S. location, expect your order to arrive 7-10 business days after your order is placed.
Orders will be accepted from any U.S. location. Shipping charges will vary depending on size and shipping weight of your order. All orders will be shipped standard ground service unless otherwise designated.

Product Return Policy
Prior to returning a designer fragrance or product purchased from Fragrance Fair, you must obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) from our Customer Service department. Send an email to info@fragrancefair.com or call 888-344-FAIR (3247), Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Standard Time. Upon approval of your return, Fragrance Fair will issue a shipping label and RMA number.
Products must be unopened and returned in their original packaging and in original condition within 30 days of receipt. The packing slip must also be included. You will receive a full refund less the original shipping charges. Your cost to ship back the products will not be refunded.
To process the return, we will need:
- your name
- your address
- daytime telephone number
- email address
- reason for the product return
An RMA package, including tracking information, that has not been delivered to Fragrance Fair is the shipper’s responsibility. Please allow 10 business days after delivery for processing your return.
